Question Would you do this day/night trip in Fiji?

We are considering starting a business...
If this was available in Fiji, would you go?
Interactive Theatre Experience, set in a jungle on waterfront property ... fun bus ride with singers on board, a walk through an ancient traditional village with reinactments of historical events, time to swim/snorkle/horse ride on the beach, traditional show, kava and lovo meal, fire dancing ... and of course a bar at every station
If you would go, what would you pay?

I'm sorry to say, I would not go. I went to Fiji for nothing but the relaxation, spectacular water and escape. Low maintenance all the way.

I know all about the Kava ceremonies and different things some of the remote islanders do but none of it really interests me. I still prefer some western creature comforts - not much but enough and just the amazing, spectacular beauty and natural wonder that is Fiji.

If you were to do something like that, I would say do it SOMEPLACE OTHER THAN FIJI, because a lot of people never ever get to go to Fiji!!!

    Just my two cents

Well it sounds fun! I've never been to Fiji but I hope to see something different when I got there.. something different from the usual tourist spots or resorts that every place can offer.

Cool Re: Would you do this day/night trip in Fiji?

Fiji is a beautiful place to be at and I must say the air there is so refreshing that makes you feel refreshed and keeps you going. I would it is the perfect place to be at if you really want to have fun relaxing, I would not say the fun quotient is less here but you would have to empty out your pockets for that.

Fiji and almost all the other South Pacific islands are known for relaxation so you won't find too many people interested in something like this and even in many islands its hard to find any type of nightlife. Also another thing you may want to research more before trying to get a business license or pitch the ideas is the culture of the island in which people are very protective and fearful of outsiders who start business there who aren't large respected brands like in most other small communities throughout the world.

Red face Re: Would you do this day/night trip in Fiji?

    Thanks for your response.

My husband is a Fijian and owns land there, so we wouldn't be outsiders and could easily get permission to run it - and to hire locals from very poor villages who really need the money
I think it depends on the visitors, whether they want to relax or not - Hubby used to work at Robinson Crusoe Island for 10 years and it was always full of young people on their OE looking for adventures!

    Cheers,
    Optimist
