I woke up from a one night stay in the Nesbitt Inn in Nantucket with bites all over my body. Never had any experience with bed bugs and did not get it diagnosed until I returned home. Found out these guys can hitch a ride home with you and yes they did. I have found them in my bed and luggage. I tried calling the Nesbitt Inn in an attempt for a refund or at least protect future guests. I called twice and I spoke to two different people I assume are the owners. Both of them got very defensive and hung up on me before I could even finish my story. I think its time for a seminar on customer service. This is day four after my return and I have set off insecticide foggers, washed all my clothes and sheets, and cleaned my apartment like never before. I know getting rid of bed bugs is not easy, so I hoping I caught things early. Thanks Nesbitt Inn.
