I love checking out the foliage at all the different state parks near home. But beach towns in the off season are lovely too. And heck, I wouldn't say no to a trip to Europe either.

All the choices sound good but I'll add checking out destinations in North Africa and South East Asia which are too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Tunisia, Morocco, and South Korea all spring to mind!
