What about insurancd? I don't own a car and thus have no primary car insurance. I need to purchase insurance when I rent a car- but I'm always uncertain just what I need.

Hmm, I don't really have any tricks other than checking as many web sites as possible, looking for promotions, etc. I should try the Priceline method!
