Hey,
I am studying abroad in the spring and am hoping to get to Panama city from the Dominican Republic the cheapest way possible. I thought this would probably be by boat if I was able to find one that I could either work on, or just hitch a ride. If anyone would know of any kind of charters, or forums, places to check out that would be awesome.
