hello just browsing around saw you post i want to say that this is nice post
I enjoy GeoReader for Android. It reads aloud historical markers as you pass by. Great for roads trip and train trips and for exploring new areas. You can also enter your own facts about a GPS location. Its fun and interesting.
The first application I downloaded on my Android phone was the Kindle application. I can now leave the Kindle at home so long as I plug the phone in to recharge a lot. The screen on the Android is actually very readable despite its size.
I love the Droidlight which turns the camera flash into a flashlight.
Skype for iPhone, Kindle, a currency converter, and Ambiance which is an app for background noises. I like this on the plane, I can read and nap for hours while listening to a country meadow rather than half of people's conversations or a screaming baby. Great with noise canceling headphones!
