I voted for extra legroom (though I evaluate the length of the flight against the price to determine whether it is worth the cost), checked bags (because really, there's no alternative) and WiFi (since the rates are pretty comparable to what I'm used to paying at hotels, etc.).
Pay for meals? Heck no! They aren't that good -- I'd rather hold off and have a nice meal when I landAnd priority boarding seems to be a waste. It's not like you are getting to where you are going any faster....
I'm both cheap and short (5'1"), so I voted "none" -- legroom doesn't make too much difference to me, and the rest of the choices are either things I could bring myself (food, pillow) or things I'm willing to live without (priority boarding).
When you're 6' 5" tall, the choice is easy ... legroom!
