Poll: Countries Affected by Arab Spring

A little more than a year after the spirit of Arab Spring swept the Middle East and North Africa, we've taken a look at some of the affected countries to explain which are and aren't safe for travel. See the story below, and then vote for which places you'd visit!

The little Thomson ship, Celebration, chugs round the Red Sea every week in winter; she missed ports in Egypt last year for around 4 weeks, but has kept to all the itinerary since....plenty of people go on her to Jordan and Egypt from the UK, and no problems have been heard. Similarily, the Sinai peninsular hasn't been affected, so holidays to Sharm el Sheikh have continued as usual....We would have returned to both this year if we'd had the time, and certainly visit Petra in Jordan.
Large package tour operators are still running their beach holidays to Tunisia; I think the numbers were down last summer, but people are talking about going again this summer/late autumn.
I'm not sure whether cruise ships have been missing Morocco this winter, but I've heard of people going across from Spain and Gibraltar.
I'd visit any of these places I've mentioned, but especially Tunisia and Egypt.

I'd go to Morocco again in a heartbeat! I'm interested in Tunisia and Jordan for a first-time visit, and of course I've got to see the Pyramids eventually.
