I love Central America in the Spring, it's between seasons so prices and weather is great.

We have often travelled to Spain or Greece in the spring time, whilst the heat is bearable. It may be a little chilly at night, and if you're renting a flat or villa, they're not really built for cool weather, but the flowers are in bloom and the tourists aren't around. Palma, Mallorca has a lot going on, being a capital city, as has Barcelona of course.
Venice at this time of year is neither as crowded nor as hot as later.
I've been to Turkey and Egypt in the winter, and might try them in the spring one year.
This year it was going to be Norway in May, but due to OH having an accident, that's all had to be cancelled.....

Um, all of them? Actually, I've never been all that interested in Stonehenge, for whatever reason. (I've heard it's overrated.) But I'd do all the others, even the ones I've already done (Paris, DC, Morocco). Japan and Australia would be tops on my list!
