I always look for the cheapest non-stop flight available - I can be flexible on pretty much everything else, usually!
Pretty much everything on the list is "most important" but then, my Mom always did kind of think I was fussy. I do make concessions, but carefully chosen as to the level of importance. Probably the airline is not so important but miles are, however now that so many airlines are "teamed" there isn't too great a risk of not getting miles so long as one belongs to the anchor airline's miles program and reports the trip asap. The baggage situation is important too and tied to the airline....I'm not paying for a bag to be checked. So I guess I have a lot of problems!![]()

What is most important depends on the purpose of the flight. If it is to make a connection with an international flight, then the flight times are probably most important. At other times the price or convenience of the times might be of more importance. All other things being equal, there are some airlines that I prefer to book with because of past experiences or because of the ability to collect miles in my account. So I found it difficult to choose just one of the responses from the list in the poll.
