Actually, I replaced my regular bag in Australia with a $59 hard sided crappy suitcase. I don't find it productive to spend a lot of money on bags as they all fall victim to being thrown around by airlines. It is not the first time I have had to buy a suitcase while traveling. The handle broke this time. Usually it is the wheels. I got a brightly colored suitcase this time so I can find it easily at the baggage claim. Black is nice, but everyone has black and you can pull the wrong bag. With a brightly colored one, well, mine won't go home with someone else.
