Yankee Stadium

I live in Manhattan and was wondering about Yankee Stadium. I know the easiest way is to take the subway there, but my cousins from Jersey are driving in to the stadium, and I don't know which way to tell them to go. Is it easier to take the GWB to Harlem River Drive and then to the Macombs Dam Bridge, or to take the GWB to the Major Deagan and getting off at Jerome Ave? I've never driven there and they keep asking.

Take the George Washington Bridge to the Cross-Bronx Expressway to the Major Deegan (Interstate 87) South, Exit 1C. Continue on the Major Deegan to Exit 6 (161st).
Take the George Washington Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway to Exit 2, Jerome Avenue South.
Take the George Washington Bridge to Harlem River Drive to the 155th Street exit. Cross the Macombs Dam Bridge and follow signs to the stadium.
