Want to introduce myself

Hi everyone I am Maggiegrammie and as you can tell by my name I am a grandma and a senior, but I love to travel. I am lucky to have a group of friends that I travel with but they are not as adventureous as I am and there are always reasons they don't want to go where I want to go and don't want to go to the same place twice. So I am looking into traveling by myself. I travel by myself in the states but thinking of going on cruises next. So I saw this forum and decided that I needed help in starting my trip. Thanks in advance for all your chatter and questions you ask because most of them are ones that I haven't thought of yet.

Hi and welcome! I've done a few solo trips and always enjoyed them -- good for you for getting out there even if your friends aren't up for it. Where are you thinking of cruising?

think I want to start with River Cruising as the one Cruise I was on was so friendly. I' m thinking that I would enjoy and feel less alone on these trips. There are a couple of cruises that look interesting like the Russian cruise from Mosco to St Petersberg or the China Trip, there are so many I could be gone all the time if I only had the money. Hello, MaggieGrammie! it is a really good idea to go to these countries. I was only in Moswcow and St. Petersburg (Russia) and these cities are very different, but both are beautiful!
