Episode 7: 11/8/09

Oh man, that Roadblock was so brutal! I felt so sorry for everyone who had to do it, and I am really, really glad the father and son weren't eliminated this week. (Although oof, the preview for next week with Matt not knowing what a candelabra is? Oh boy.)

Lots of nice moments at the Pit Stop this week. I was feeling warm and fuzzy about just about every team (which is very unusual for me with this show -- there's usually SOMEONE I hate ). I'm not even sure who I'm rooting for at this point. I still like the father/son, though I don't think they have what it takes to win. And I like Meghan and Cheynne too, although she gets awfully shrill when she's stressed. (I probably would too. )

Wish they'd gotten to see a little more of Sweden than a theme park, a quarry and a field of hay bales!

I'm going to miss next week's episode because I'll be on vacation, but I hope it's a good one.

We commented that the Road Block would be an interesting task for "The Biggest Loser" but that's on NBC. Looks like a good way to burn off one or two calories.

Sure glad it was a NEL but it was sort of a forgone conclusion since they already knew it was a very hard thing to do!!! No surprise that the globetrotters won this leg - it didn't require any brain work!!! Like the way Meghan surprised Cheyne when she finally found the flag!!! He should have been the one out there doing that task!!

Also, don't dislike any of the teams left!! Very different from the other races. I've always had at least one team that I would like to see eliminated!!! Gary & Matt are going to have a rough ride having to catch up!

I agree, I think Gary and Matt are probably goners (especially if Matt doesn't know what a candelabra is, LOL).
