AR Episode 6: 11/1/09

Oh man, what a sad elimination this week. Even though they weren't my favorite team, I felt so badly for the girls -- 71 attempts to ring that stupid bell? That task was almost inherently unfair, considering that the men (with greater upper body strength) rang it pretty easily. You'd think the girls could have mastered the golf at least, but I guess with all the wind and how tired they were they just didn't have it in them. Sad.

I totally loved the traditional Dutch costumes in this ep. Hilarious. And the bell tower task looked like it would be really easy to mess up. I liked how sweet the bell player was to Ericka when she finally got the right answer.

Did you guys see in the preview for next week that they're bringing back that horrendous haybale challenge?! Speaking of sad female eliminations, that team that got eliminated in that challenge -- Lena and Kristy, right? -- was one of my favorite all-girl teams ever. Looks like we'll have some more drama this time.

Who knew that counting bells would be so hard. Everyone else got it why not the beauty queen contestant? As for the girls (Poker players) they just didn't eat their Wheaties. Oh well. I'm finding the Harlem Globetrotters amusing. LOL

YES!! I did see it and it brings back horrible memories. Can't wait to see the results.

O.K. this now is officially the weirdest race!!!! First one team never even makes the plane. Then one team gets eliminated because they lost their passport. And now one team gets eliminated because they couldn't finish a task!!! Girl teams are always going to be at a disadvantaged 'cause there's always one task that requires some strength. That's probably why there's never been a girl team win!!
I really thought that Brian & Erika were goners when she couldn't come up with that number!! He was pretty good with her. Think of a few couples where the guy would have been ready to kill her after that long time!!

Going to be another killer episode next week. Hard to believe they are bringing back the hay bales!!!! So is it Meghan that doesn't get through it next week???? As long as they don't have to use their brains the Globetrotters will be O.K. Still see them in the top 3 but that brain teaser that is always at the end will do them in. Don't see them winning.
