Tortola resorts/independent hotels

I am planning a trip to Tortola in March. Can anyone recommend a hotel or resort that is relatively small, yet has most of the amenities of a larger resort? I am looking for one that is preferably independently owned... perhaps one that has little villas that can be rented out, yet offers room service and such as well. If anyone is familiar with Hotel Valencia, I'm looking for something like that, but in Tortola...

Look at Icis Villas, located in Brewer's Bay on the island's north side.

Comfy accommodation in various-sized suites on a secluded, beautiful beach that has great snorkling. Restaurant onsite. Shares the beach with Brewer's Bay campground, which has regular jitney shuttles to Road Town and organizes day trips to other islands such as Gorda. Driving on these hills is just too scary! A very quiet, relaxing vacation spot.
Cane Garden Bay - also nice. Not really a room-service kind of place. If you want higher-end service, try the Sugar Mill, famous for their gourmet cuisine:
